Customer shall receive a Voucher when they make a purchase which has a total value equal to or in excess of the Qualifying Spend to use on future purchases.
Voucher
£100 voucher for every Qualifying Spend up to the Maximum Voucher Allowance. The Voucher is valid for 2 years from date of issue.
Qualifying Spend
£500 spent in a single transaction on the Website or in-store during the Promotion Period (Exclusions apply). Where a product purchased is subject to a discount or promotion, only the amount actually paid shall be included in the Qualifying Spend.

Maximum Voucher Allowance

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion
1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend with the Promoter will be eligible to receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases when using the same email address/account used to make the Qualifying Spend.

The Voucher will be issued using the email address used to make the Qualifying Spend on the Website or App and will be issued on the later of either (i) dispatch of your order, (ii) when you have collected your order (for click and collect purchases), or (ii) within one month of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in one of the Promoter’s stores, you will be issued the Voucher at the point of checkout.
4. All Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of issue.

8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products within that order are later returned:
a. before the Voucher is used: then the Voucher will be cancelled should the total spend lower the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to zero, or, a new Voucher will be issued in accordance with these terms if the Qualifying Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email; or
b. after the Voucher is used: then the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.

From time to time, the Promoter may provide customers the opportunity to purchase a limited edition or new release of a
product (the Promo Product) via the Website (Launch Promo). Due to the exclusive nature of the Launch Promo, there
will only be a limited number of Promo Products available and so it is likely that not all applicants will receive a
Promo Product.
The Launch Promo shall commence and close on the dates stated on the Website (Promo Period).
After the end of the Promo Period, participants will be selected at random and will be able to purchase the Promo
Product (Purchaser).
How to enter a Launch Promo
1. During the Promo Period, find the Promo Product and select the size/colour that you require from the Website and
click 'Enter Draw'.
2. If you are a new user, you will need to set up an account with us by entering an email address and creating a user
name and password. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To
continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with

Launch Promo eligibility
1. To enter the Launch Promo, you must:
(a) only submit one entry per person;
(b) be resident in the United Kingdom and hold a valid UK postal address (failure to provide a valid postal address will
void the entry);
(c) be aged 17 or over or, for entrants aged 16 or under, you must have the consent of your parent/guardian prior to
submitting your entry;
(d) have an account with us; and
(e) have a pre-authorisation of funds for the Promo Product.
2. Purchaser(s) will be chosen by an independent person at random, from all valid entries received, and verified by the
Promoter and/or its agents.
3. Purchaser(s) will normally be contacted by email within 3 days of expiry of the Promo Period. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for emails that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise corrupted.
