Ahead of the upcoming LDN10k we joined forces with the race day Sponsors, Saucony to host our first 18montrose community race - The Piccadilly Circuit Relay.

An 800m dash across the busy streets of Piccadilly Circus, the race was about bringing the running community together to build excitement ahead of what is one of London's biggest 10k races.

Six teams went head to head in teams of five - Runner Beans, Pace Invaders, Athene Runs, Big Man Tings, Soul Mates and Rep Runners. Each runner had to complete 1 lap of the block each with aim to find out who was the fastest.

It was a close race with Runner Beans leading much of the circuit up until the last lap where they were beaten by Pace Invaders secret weapon, Gabriel, who brought them home the victory on the closing segment of the race!
